We thought we may have to buy a new computer due to ours not being able to boot up. I called Rich and explained the issue. He came out the next day and picked up our computer. He called a couple days later and explained what the issues were with the computer and gave us a quote to fix our existing computer instead of buying a new one. Rich's quote was a fraction of what a new computer would cost. We went with his recommendation and he brought our computer back to our home and installed it. Our computer is now running fine and actually a little faster than before. We were very happy with his service, price and the convenience of having the computer picked up and delivered.
